Real estate investor ESJ Capital Partners specializes in workplace space, leisure, and hospitality, but is increasing its asset elegance — charter college buildings.
“Education infrastructure is a growing area of interest nationally,” said chief investment officer Matthew Fuller.
ESJ, which has been making an investment in faculty buildings for 10 years, maximurecentlyly offered construction K-eight schools it evolving with general contractor MG3 Developer Group LLC for a total of $ forty-four. 99 million to associates of Charter Schools USA, a for-profit charter school supervisor.
